Returns Proceedure

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item to us.   Customer satisfaction is our upmost priority.   Please be carefull when trying on as we cannot accept returns with Makeup on.   The garment must still be in its original condition with labels and tags attached,  Strong Odours - including smoke/perfume will not be accepted. 

All returns need to be authorised by Labels By Judy LTD before returning.  Please e­mail your intention to return or fill in the comments box below with the reason so that we can authorise your return.  

Returns need to be authorised and sent back within 14 days of receipt of the garment.   Including proof of recipt and payment.  The cost of returning the garment is your responsibility,  sorry we do not pay for return postage.  

Once you have received your email of authorisation please:-

  • Repack the item making sure all labels are still attached.
  • Put your name and address in the parcel.
  • Re-address it to Labels By Judy LTD,  see below for address
  • Take it to the post office and pay to return.  Keep your proof of postage safe in case of non-delivery.  (Registered post is recomended to avoid missing items, we do not refund for lost in transit)

Once we have inspected the return we will refund your monies via the payment method you originally used to pay for the garment. We will e­mail you to notify you that we have received your return and have issued a refund.
